Goreboy started as a simple question: what if Alleyway—that beloved Game Boy classic—had been designed by someone with a deeply questionable sense of humor and a love of 90s horror aesthetics?
The result is a brick-breaker that pays homage to arcade classics while carving out its own bloody niche. We kept what worked—tight controls, satisfying physics, that addictive "just one more round" quality—and added everything the original was too polite to include.
Built at 9,000 feet in the Colorado foothills by Thin Air Studio. No focus groups. No design-by-committee. Just honest, engaging gameplay that respects your time and intelligence.
